2. Description of Service

InkPiper provides an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create articles, blog posts, and other written content through automated pipelines. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Create spam, misleading content, or misinformation
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and you are responsible for reviewing and editing before publication.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkPiper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
